Our patented and revolutionary artificial intelligence technology and capabilities enable automated VAT report generation, submission and recovery, resulting in simple hassle free VAT reclaims both for Enterprise and SMB market around the globe.

We are looking for an Administrative Manager -Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full support to CEO including coordinating schedules and other administrative tasks
  • Point person for the employees
  • Develop office policies and procedures
  • Responsible for HR matters including welfare ; HH, holidays, special occasions, company events, etc
  • Take part of recruiting new employee for the company
  • Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Maintain global connections with our sites around the world
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Manage different suppliers
  • Assist with bookkeeping, outgoing checks and post office issues
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Handling urgent tasks

Requirements

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • High computer skills: proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in bookkeeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

The position is full time with flexibility
